The top governing body of the Institute of the Information Society is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is in charge of identifying the priority directions of activities and determining the Institute’s development strategy and organizational structure. The Board of Directors makes the key strategic decisions concerning changes to the Charter or to the membership of all the collegiate governing bodies, adopting decisions of reorganizing or closing down the Institute.
