Strategy for Information Society Development in Russia
IIS acted as one of organizers of international video seminar "Architecture of E-Government as Reforms Accelerator in Government Administration"

International video seminar was organized by splinter team of the World Bank on e-development in partnership with Prefecture of Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow, Institute of Information Society and non-commercial partnership "Development of E-Technologies and Resources".

Representatives of the government, business, research and education community of Canada, Singapore and Russia exchanged experience of use of architectural approach in reforms of government administration.

The Russian part of the video seminar was opened by Prefect of Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow Anatoly Smirnov. In his opening speech he mentioned the positive experience of Prefecture of Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow in providing "one window" services and realization of the project "Mobile District".

IBM Company representative Vasiliy Demin noted in his report potential possibilities for WEB 2.0 technologies in business, and also gave an example of these technologies' use for providing public services. A report similar by subject was made by Dmitriy Martynov (Microsoft Rus Company).

During the international part of the video-seminar reports by Chief Architect of the Canadian Government Garry Doucet and professor of the National University of Singapore Pallab Sahi were presented.

After report by Pallab Sahi, Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of the IIS Board of Directors, made a report as a discussant on Russian experience in architectural approach in the work of RF authorities.
