14-15, 2013 Moscow hosted traditional conference “Your Course: Information
Society Development in Russia”. The Conference was organized by Microsoft together
with the Institute of Information Society and non-commercial corporation PH
International
The main topics are: natural intelligence
and technologic revolution, ICT role in globalization of science, the property rights in information sphere, Internet database of legal acts and realization
of rights and freedoms of the person, situation centers and multicriteria choice of decisions
Representatives of nine
Russian regions took part in the international seminar on “International
experience of open government ecosystem formation and Russian regions:
cooperation with the World Bank”. IIS experts took part in preparation and conduction
of the World Bank seminar.
In the course of the second day of the
International Conference "Open Public Administration", which was held on
December 12-13, 2012 with organizational support of the Institute of the
Information Society (IIS), IIS Director General and Editor-in-chief of the "Information Society" journal Tatiana Ershova had an interview with one of the leading world
experts in the sphere of "Open government" Jeanne Holm
