She was born in Kazakhstan, Alma-Ata region.

Graduated from the Lomonosov's Moscow State University in 1986, department of computational mathematics and cybernetics, specialty - "applied mathematics". After graduating she worked in Electro-mechanical research institute, and afterwards in the Institute of advanced professional training for executive employees in the sphere of construction.

She works at IIS since 2000; cooperates with the Institute since 1999 within the "Infocity Moscow" project. At the same time she was working on online catalogue with detailed annotation of books in Tolstoy's library and was working with preinduction youths in CLS N1 of the Southern administrative district of Moscow. She conducted sociological survey among senior scholars of Southern administrative district on service in the army.

At present she is working with information content of the Moscow Development Gateway .

She conducts public work in Uigur region, works on site of Uigur national-cultural society of Moscow .

One of the founders of Moscow Entrepreneurs Club (MEC).
