Alexandra Suhacheva was born and raised in Samara. In 1995 she completed her secondary education at the Samara English-language magnet school, and in 2000 she graduated from Samara State Economics Academy, Department of Enterprise Economics and Industrial Economics with specialization of an economist-manager.

Upon graduation she worked at Samara Regional Professional Union Council as a leading specialist on the organizational work.

In late 2001 Ms. Suhacheva moved to Moscow and started working at the Institute of the Information Society in 2002. Over the last three years she served as an office manager. She actively participated in organizing and holding various events of the IIS. On January 1, 2005 Alexandra Suhacheva was appointed Head of the Organizational Department.
